OFFICIAL RULES

Enter for a chance to win tickets to Dozers & Dirt on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Western Nevada Materials Aggregate Plant (Tracy Clark Aggregate Plant) on USA Parkway (the “Giveaway”). Proceeds from the event benefit the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation.

By entering, I accept these Official Rules and confirm that I am at least twenty-five (25) years old and a legal resident of Utah.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN, OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED IN ANY PRIZE.

1.CONSUMER DISCLOSURE

You have not yet won. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. A violation may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion. All Sponsor decisions concerning the Giveaway are final and binding.

2.PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins September 11, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends September 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

3.ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Utah who are at least twenty-five (25) years old at entry.

Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, marketing, fulfillment, judging, promotion, and administrative agencies—including their immediate family and household members—are ineligible. “Immediate family” includes parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, and spouses. “Household members” are individuals sharing the same residence for at least three (3) months annually.

Winning is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. All applicable laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted.

4.HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, visit www.mountainstatesford.com and complete and submit the Giveaway entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Incomplete, automated, duplicate, or noncompliant entries may be disqualified. Entrant information is subject to Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy.

5.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One or more potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 17, 2026 (the “Drawing Date”) and notified by email on or about that date.

A potential winner may be disqualified and replaced if the individual cannot be contacted, fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, refuses the prize, fails to provide required documentation, or receives a notification that is returned as undeliverable. A potential winner becomes a confirmed winner only after Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6.PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND REDEMPTION

A total of ten (10) admission tickets to Dozers & Dirt will be awarded. Sponsor may distribute the tickets among one or more winners in quantities determined at Sponsor’s discretion. Each ticket has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100. The total ARV of all available tickets is approximately $1,000.

Tickets will be held at event will call. Confirmed winners will receive redemption instructions through the email address provided at entry and may be required to present valid government-issued identification.

Tickets have no cash value. Except at Sponsor’s discretion, tickets may not be transferred, resold, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, and all other expenses associated with attending the event are not included and are each winner’s responsibility. The event’s date, time, location, programming, and activities are subject to change or cancellation.

7.TAXES

Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

8.ODDS

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and Sponsor’s final allocation of the ten (10) tickets among winners.

9.NO TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION

No prize is transferable, redeemable for cash, replaceable if lost or stolen, or applicable to an existing credit balance. Any unused portion is forfeited. Sponsor alone may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10.CONSENT AND RELEASE

By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Ford Motor Company, Mountain States FDAF, Contravent LLC, the event organizers and operators, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, agencies, prize suppliers, officers, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising from the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent to use the entrant’s name, likeness, biographical information, and contact information for Giveaway administration and, where permitted, editorial, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Potential winners may be required to sign eligibility, liability, publicity, event-participation, or other releases and return them within twenty-four (24) hours after notification. Sponsor may conduct a background check to verify eligibility and compliance. A potential winner may be disqualified if Sponsor determines that the individual’s conduct could damage a Released Party’s reputation or business.

11.DISCLAIMERS

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, misdirected, garbled, or undelivered entries or for hardware, software, browser, server, network, human, printing, production, or other errors.

An entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address entered. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or website, uses automated entry methods, violates these Official Rules, or disrupts the Giveaway.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another cause compromises its proper operation. Sponsor may then select winners from eligible entries received before the disruption. Sponsor will not award more than the prizes described in these Official Rules.

RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY CONCERNING THE GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING ITS MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Prize values are Sponsor’s good-faith estimates. If a prize’s actual value is less than its stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

12.APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Nevada law governs these Official Rules without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in a state or federal court located in Nevada. To the extent permitted by law, recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket damages, excluding attorneys’ fees, and may not include punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
